People work with Health coaches and personal trainer for many reasons. Whether you want to develop an individualized program to support weight loss goals, get in shape or feel that you'd benefit from the additional accountability or instruction, a health coach can be a great resource.
But sometimes, people are cautious about investing in a coach. Cost can be an issue; some people might feel intimidated by working with a pro. But certified fitness professionals are trained to work with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. And many can work out package deals to make the service more affordable.
If you are starting an exercise program or don't see results with your current routine, a health coach might be your best option.
DEPENDABLE FITNESS TRAINING POLICY
Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation Policy
All training sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice
will be charged in full. Exceptions for emergencies or sudden illness may be made at the trainer's discretion on a
one-time basis.
2. Trainer Cancellations
If your trainer cancels within the 24-hour window, a complimentary session will be added during your contract period.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If a client is more than 20 minutes late without notifying the trainer, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will
be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of your reserved time slot.
4. Time Slot Security
Time slots may not be guaranteed after extended time away or vacations unless communicated in advance.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are due on a weekly or monthly basis. Any overdue balance past three (3) business days will result in a
pause in training services until resolved.
6. Session Carryover
Unused sessions may carry over to the next month only but will not roll over beyond that.
7. Hold Policy
- 3-month agreement: May be placed on hold for up to 1 month
- 6-month agreement: May be placed on hold for up to 2 months

A health coach is a supportive professional who partners with clients to achieve self-determined health and wellness goals through behavior change, lifestyle improvements, and accountability. They act as a guide, helping clients translate expert advice into sustainable, actionable habits regarding nutrition, sleep, stress management, and physical activity.
