Semi-private workouts

Group Classes have become the latest fitness craze when it comes to working out. Finding the right fitness program that works for you is the best way to a new healthier you. At Dependable Fitness we work with groups of 3-10 at the fraction of the cost for a one-on-one trainer. Semi-private training  are smaller in scale. We work together, at your own individual customized level of fitness and or ability.


Advantages of Semi private classes:


Motivation – When working with a group setting there is more energy, more completion – in a good way. You may want to push a little harder having someone besides you.


Support – You will receive support from both trainer and participants to get you through all the challenges you will face.


Fun – Absolutely Fun! Working out with friends or potentials will definitely be more fun.


Variety – Working with an educated fitness instructor, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.
Results – When you stick with a well constructed program, you will get better, quicker results.




Private Coaching

Semi-private workouts


People work with Health coaches and personal trainer for many reasons. Whether you want to develop an individualized program to support weight loss goals, get in shape or feel that you'd benefit from the additional accountability or instruction, a health coach can be a great resource.

But sometimes, people are cautious about investing in a coach. Cost can be an issue; some people might feel intimidated by working with a pro. But certified fitness professionals are trained to work with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. And many can work out package deals to make the service more affordable.

If you are starting an exercise program or don't see results with your current routine, a health coach might be your best option.



DEPENDABLE FITNESS TRAINING POLICY


Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

All training sessions require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice

will be charged in full. Exceptions for emergencies or sudden illness may be made at the trainer's discretion on a

one-time basis.

2. Trainer Cancellations

If your trainer cancels within the 24-hour window, a complimentary session will be added during your contract period.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If a client is more than 20 minutes late without notifying the trainer, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will

be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of your reserved time slot.

4. Time Slot Security

Time slots may not be guaranteed after extended time away or vacations unless communicated in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due on a weekly or monthly basis. Any overdue balance past three (3) business days will result in a

pause in training services until resolved.

6. Session Carryover

Unused sessions may carry over to the next month only but will not roll over beyond that.

7. Hold Policy

- 3-month agreement: May be placed on hold for up to 1 month

- 6-month agreement: May be placed on hold for up to 2 months

  • Teaching healthy habits: Trainers can educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, such as nutrition, sleep, and stress management. 
  • Encouraging self-care: Trainers can help clients practice self-care and self-efficacy to promote independence. 
  • Connecting to resources: Trainers can help clients connect with community resources and support systems to address social and emotional needs. 
  • Celebrating progress: Trainers can celebrate clients' progress, no matter how small.
